Songs I Love

Here is a list of just a few of the songs that I love...some are old, some are new, but all are worth a listen or two. (I made that little rhyme up myself! Be impressed!)


Rascal Flatts - My Wish
(This song makes me cry almost every time I listen to it! It just makes me think about everyone I love, especially my son!)

Uncle Kracker - Smile
(This song makes me, well, SMILE! I love love love it! Listen and dance, people!)

Mat Kearney - Closer to Love
(Go ahead and check out more by him while you're listening!)

In the Sun - Joseph Arthur
(The version I have of this song has the guy from Coldplay singing in it...I couldn't find it for some reason.)

Audioslave - Doesn't Remind Me
(I love Audioslave...just ask my brother how awesome I sound when I sing "Like a Stone." This song is one of my favorites by them.)

Travis Tritt - It's a Great Day to Be Alive
(This just makes me sing every single time I hear it. Love it!)

If Everyone Cared - Nickelback
(The first time I heard this song, we were driving through the countryside in England. I love Nickelback...there aren't many songs by them that I don't like.)

Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd
(Love me some Skynyrd! We've been to 2 of their concerts. I fully intend on giving my son this speech several times during his life!)

Music can alter your mood in so many ways...if you are having a crummy day, go find a song that makes you smile and dance! Music, to me at least, can be almost a therapy of sorts...I'm just sayin'...
